Summary: The staff are amazing and friendly, efficient and welcoming. The appearance while undergoing renovation was unpleasant with dirty sticky floors in the hallways and elevator on new floors and carpets and it stayed like that overnight. The bathroom was not fully clean (used washcloth hanging in the shower) and the floor was a little dusty with construction

Summary: The television and remote did not allow us to change any channels. The air conditioner unit was making a loud noise which meant it had to be turned off in order to sleep. The front desk helped as much as they could, but after a long journey it was disappointing to not have the everything work properly. We will not be staying there on our return trip home.

Summary: The hotel was under renovation. The Hotel.com site did not disclose this information. While at the hotel, I checked their direct website, which mentioned the renovation but did not mention that the hotel amenities, such as the pool and gym, would be closed. I would not have chosen this hotel had they been truthful.

Summary: Nice updated room. Breakfast was great—excellent cheese omelets as opposed to scrambled eggs. Only thing I would recommend is having 2 chairs in the room as opposed to just 1 desk chair.

Summary: The woman at the check-in desk was a rock star! I’d actually booked the wrong dates and she adjusted everything, was super helpful and very friendly. Great job! The room was fine. My main issue was the bathroom. There were no product in the pumps in the shower and the walls were actually dirty behind the pumps and on the upper ring. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, but it wasn’t an issue for us.
